The following is a list of what we consider are the rights of Clients.
We expect to be held accountable whenever we deny any of these
rights to any customer.
√As a Client, you are entitled to be treated like a real, individual,
fellow Human Being with friendliness, honesty, and respect
√As a Client, you are entitled to full value for your money.
When you use our services you should feel assured that it was a
good value and that our service was exactly
what it was represented to be.
√As a Client, you are entitled to a COMPLETE guarantee of
satisfaction As we promise,

√As a Client, you are entitled to punctual service.
If we cannot be on time, you are entitled to a phone call before
your appointment time and an apology.
√As a Client, you are entitled to speedy, courteous, knowledgeable
answers to all inquiries. You are entitled to all the help we can
give in finding exactly the service or information needed.
√As a Client, you are entitled to the privilege of being an
individual and dealing with individuals.
If there is a question on your account,
you are entitled to talk or correspond with another individual
so the question can be resolved immediately
on the most mutually satisfactory basis possible.
√As a Client, you are entitled to a no-hassle buying experience.
√To make it easy for you to buy from us, we accept credit cards
checks, and cash, of course.
As a customer, you are entitled, NO, make that encouraged to
complain. We would miss you terribly if you left us without telling us why,
because even if we cannot make you happy, you may save a
future customer from the same problem.
√As a Client, you are entitled to speak to the owner at any time.
